We here at Great South Bay Music Festival have taken a comprehensive look at our environmental footprint. By doing this we are making a concerted effort towards reducing the waste produced at the festival. Our goal is to educate ourselves on “going green” and implement what we have learned and incorporate this in to our master plan.

Great South Bay Music Festival depends on energy to power our annual music festival. This year we have teamed up with a local “solar powered” producer of energy, Go Solar Inc. Our music will be partially powered by the sun using their solar powered sound stage system! We are very excited to switch to this method and reduce our reliance on fossil fuels.

In addition, this year we are proud to use Greenware® drinking cups.
