Volunteering:
The Great South Bay Music Festival is dependant on a large team of talented and dedicated volunteers. We invite you to lend your time, energy and talents and be a part of this wonderful musical experience.

The Festival is now accepting volunteer applications. If you are interested in being apart of this event, the volunteer opportunities are as numerous as they are diverse.

There are a few requirements to be apart of our team:

You must be at least 16 years of age.
Complete an application form
Attend volunteer orientation to pick up your packet
and to confirm your schedule.

General Info:

Dress Comfortable and Appropriately.
Wear comfortable shoes, preferably sneakers
(you will be walking a lot).
Remember to bring sunscreen, hat, waist-pouch
and rain gear.
If you are dressed provocatively you will be sent home.
There will be no storage space for personal items.
Soft drinks, and portable restrooms are available for volunteers.
Check into box office at least 30 minutes before shift begins.
If you are going to be late or have to cancel you will be
given a phone number to call at orientation meeting.
Do not leave your assigned area until end of shift. If you
have to leave please tell a supervisor so we can get you coverage.
Friends, family members, children may NOT accompany you on your shift.
Use of alcohol and illegal substances are not permitted before or while on duty.
You must agree to comply with all security rules and regulations.
