Bio:

Formed in February 2011 by east end natives Jasper Conroy and Mark Schiavoni, The Montauk Project has continually blown minds one show at a time. Compared to the Black-Blue-Purple styles of Seattle grunge filtered through 90’s alt and brought forward a couple decades, the band serves up an ice-cold shot of classic hard rock with a twist of psychedelia.

Having made appearances at nationally acclaimed festivals such as SXSW and CMJ, the band has gone on to share the stage with heavy hitters such as The Marshall Tucker Band, Robby Krieger (The Doors), Donovan Frankenreiter, The Growlers and Temples, among others. They have been featured in The Aquarian Weekly, Eastern Surfing Magazine, and News 12 Long Island, Voted DELI Magazines Best of NYC emerging artists, and are an official Jagermeister artist.

Raining down guitar solos like a steady downpour from a raging storm, this will be the bands third consecutive year performing at the GSBMF and one not to miss. Stay tuned for the upcoming new release summer 2016
