HOW TO REQUEST A TICKET REFUND:
- Log into your Front Gate Tickets account using the link below.
- Select the “Your Account” button and then “Order History” at the top navigation bar. This will take you to your ticket purchase.
- Select “View Order Detail” on the order number you wish to have refunded to 2021.
- Click the “REQUEST REFUND” button at the top of your order details. It will automatically initiate the process to refund that ticket order.
- To refund or change address for all tickets purchased via Front Gate tickets, please CLICK HERE
NOT ABLE TO ATTEND, BUT WANT TO GIVE YOUR TICKET TO A FRONT LINE OR HEALTHCARE WORKER?
Can’t attend but feeling benevolent? As an additional option we will facilitate the donation of your ticket to a health care, or other front line worker. Please e-mail Jamie at: Jamie@jfaith.com, or call 631-331-0808.
IMPORTANT: If you did not purchase your ticket(s) through the official Great South Bay Website or a legitimate Front Gate ticketing location, Great South Bay Music Fest, or Front Gate Ticketing will not be responsible for the legitimacy of your ticket. Always be wary of purchasing tickets through second or third-party ticketing, or predatory sellers to ensure that your ticket is good.
